I have the pleasure of celebrating Father's day with Calista's birthday every now and then. She was actually born on Father's Day.

She's 7 years old now, and every bit the little woman. My how time flies!

Happy Birthday Cali, and Happy Fathers Day to all the fathers out there.

I'll upload some pictures of the McParty (her first McDonald's party) when I get a chance.

Calista's birthday is right around the corner, and you can tell by her response to commercials for toys she spots on TV. All of the sudden, she want's everything. It should be lots of fun.

A very close coworker of mine passed away last week, and it's been really tough coming to terms with that. He took his own life over a senseless situation, but I feel he would really take it back if only he could. I miss him. It's always tough to lose someone, especially someone that's been your close friend and coworker for the last 7 years. I'll be okay, but it really does suck right now.

It's been a great time to get reacquainted with my friends and family. This summer is shaping up to be awfully busy, but I'm certain I'll get through it okay and have plenty of good times to report on here in the very near future.
